This is similar to the Aeron but they are not the same. I was surprised at the butterfly mechanism on the back. It is essentially an adjustable lumbar pad that can go up and down and then tightened or loosened on your back. It REALLY HITS THE SPOT ON MY BACK!

Beverly Hills Chairs keeps the plastic backs with the air holes in excellent condition to allow you to bend and breathe with the chair. The fully adjustable arms move up and down and inwards and outwards. They can be brought closer to you with a hidden button that you can press on the inside of the arm pad.
